Hi, I'm Kellie Davis, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant
Lack of sleep is one of the toughest challenges a parent faces. Sleep deprivation can contribute to anxiety, depression (including worsening post-partum depression), and fatigue. My mission is to train parents how to teach their children the skills to be able to fall asleep independently and stay asleep throughout the night. I use a client-led approach that allows me to meet parents where they are. Studies have shown that kids who regularly get an adequate amount of sleep have improved attention, behavior, learning, memory, and overall mental and physical health. I want to empower families to gain the skills and techniques to not only get their child to sleep now, but also to instill healthy sleep habits that will continue throughout their children’s lifetime. It sounds simple, but any parent knows it isn’t. My services and methods will be personalized to meet your family’s needs and can help your entire family get the much needed sleep you’ve been missing.
What I Provide
As a sleep consultant, I will work with you to develop a personalized plan for your child that is tailored to your child's needs and designed to break any bad sleeping habits that they have developed and replace them with healthy, stable sleep methods. I will be there to provide support when things get difficult and give you the encouragement you need to follow through with the plan in order for you to see marked improvement.
